Kathrin Hartmann
Kathrin Hartmann served as Cultural Manager at the Bukovina Center of the state-run Jurij-Fedkowytsch University in Chernivtsi. Her primary role was the framing and development of an internationally oriented program for the center with a focus on contemporary art and cultural projects geared toward a young audience.

Kathrin Hartmann studied political science at the Freie Universität Berlin. She was also guest auditor at the Institute for Theater Studies and Cultural Communication and the Institute for Cultural Studies at the Humboldt University of Berlin. Myriad experiences in practical cultural and project work, including at the Goethe-Institut in Moscow, in the PODEWIL Center for Fine Arts Berlin, at the Heinrich Böll Foundation and at the Stuttgart State Opera.

With Senta Höfer, Natalie Kronast and Eva Pluhařová-Grigienė she has co-founded inter:est Kultur- und Bildungsprojekte GmbH, an Berlin based office for cultural management specializing in international projects, with focus on cooperations with Eastern Europe. CEO of the office since April 2006.
