Background

Eva Pluhařová-Grigienė was born in 1975, and studied art history, Italian language and culture, psychology and Eastern European Studies in Kiel, Berlin and Prague. Since 2001, she has also worked as a curator and project manager in the international cultural arena. Some of her projects: Exhibition "Remembering Lidice", 15 September 2002 to 15 June 2003, The Ravensbrück National Memorial; Festival "off-beats – experimental art from Lithuania", 24-28 September 2002, ACUD Art House Berlin.

Current

Since 2005 she has been associate of inter:est – Kultur- und Bildungsprojekte GmbH. She began a doctoral thesis in art history at the Universität Leipzig in 2006 and was assistant teacher at the Institute for History and Archeology of the Baltic Region at the Klaipėda University, Lithuania from 2003 to 2005.
