Lukas Wiesehöfer

Lukas Wiesehöfer directed the German Cultural Forum Debrecen from 2007 to 2009. In addition to planning and implementing cultural events and political projects, he was also responsible for strategic advancement of the organization as the town’s last Robert Bosch Cultural Manager and worked toward this goal in collaboration with the organization’s leadership, implementing stable structures and finding partners who are essential to the institution’s continuation.

Background

From 1999 to 2005 Graduate studies in political science; public rights; Culture-communication and management at the University of Münster in Westphalia. From 2006 to 2007 Lukas Wiesenhöfer volunteered at the Goethe-Institut Frankfurt/Main.
In parallel with his activities in Debrecen, he completed a continuing education (Kontaktstudium Kulturmanagement) at the Institute for Cultural Management at the Ludwigsburg University of Education in 2008.
